Administration Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity available for a enthusiastic and driven individual, with strong attention to detail, seeking to embark upon a career in real estate.

This entry level role will allow the successful candidate to gain and develop the essential skills to have a thriving career in real estate.

In this supportive role the candidate will assist with tasks such as the following:

  • Greeting customers at the office
  • Handling and responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Administrative Assistance to Property Management & Sales Departments
  • Accurate and timely communication with various stakeholders
  • Database management including data entry and bulk communications
  • Managing various software systems
  • Maintain general office cleanliness & presentation
  • Maintaining and updating records, filing and archiving
  • Assist with property management and leasing duties as required
