Mont Property has etched itself amongst Western Australia’s most outstanding real estate agencies, with two agents named as Grand Masters in the respected reiwa.com awards last weekend.

Mont Property Managing Director Matthew Podesta and Sales Executive Peter Zambotti each achieved the Grand Master Award, which acknowledges the talent and commitment of WA’s most exceptional property sales agents.

In addition, Mr Podesta was ranked the fourth Top Unassisted Salesperson By Value Sold, selling in excess of $100 million of property in 2021/2022.

The awards, which recognise the state’s top selling agents and agencies in 2021/2022, were announced at the reiwa.com Awards Ball at Crown Perth on Saturday, August 27.

Mr Podesta said he was honoured to be named a Grand Master for 2021/2022 and credited the commitment and collaboration of the entire Mont team in achieving such outstanding sales results year-in, year-out.

“I am incredibly proud that Mont and our hardworking and committed team has been officially acknowledged among the state’s finest in real estate,” Mr Podesta said.

“Every day, we set the bar higher and higher. We are driven to achieve the best possible results for our clients through our authentic, professional and dedicated service.”

Mont sales executive Frank Bove was named in the $16-20 Million Club for his sales efforts.

“These awards are not just acknowledgement of certain individuals but the collaborative efforts of the entire Mont team. Our team works to support each other to create strong local networks, genuine relationships and exceptional client experiences,” Mr Podesta said.

“I would also like to thank the many, many clients who entrust Mont to sell their homes – we greatly appreciate their ongoing support and belief in the high calibre of our services.”

REIWA Chief Executive Officer Cath Hart said the awards showcased some of the best real estate agents in the state.

“The 2021/22 financial year was an extremely busy time for WA real estate agents, and it was incredible to come together as an industry after another solid year of market conditions to acknowledge the successes of WA’s top agents,” Ms Hart said.

“The WA sales market continued its upward trajectory during the 2021/22 financial year, and the strength of the market is evident in the exceptional results of this year’s top performers.

“On behalf of REIWA, I would like to congratulate the winners and finalists of the 2022 reiwa.com Awards for their upmost devotion to the industry and helping West Aussies achieve their property goals.”
