Mont agents named among Perth’s best for the third consecutive year

Mont Property has cemented its standing amongst Perth’s highest achieving real estate agencies, with two agents named as Grand Masters in the revered awards.

Mont Property Managing Director Matthew Podesta and Sales Executive Peter Zambotti each achieved the Grand Master Award, a prize that acknowledges the talent and dedication of WA’s most exceptional property sales agents.

Each attained more than $80 million in property sales last financial year, and it is the third consecutive year they have been named as Grand Masters.

The awards, which acknowledge the state’s top selling agents and agencies in the 2022-2023 financial year, were announced at the Awards Ball at Crown Perth on Saturday, August 26.

Mr Podesta said he was incredibly proud of the Mont team for accomplishing such exceptional results in the face of a challenging market, with record low listing numbers and surging interest rates, which had led to buyer hesitation in some sectors of the market.

“As one of the more boutique agencies, this is a standout achievement in the face of difficult market conditions,” Mr Podesta said.

“These awards are not just recognition of certain individuals but the collaborative efforts of the entire Mont team, our combined commitment to consistency and a strong brand.

“We work hard to create strong local networks to give the clients who trust Mont to sell their homes the best possible service and results.”

REIWA Chief Executive Officer Cath Hart said the awards honoured the state’s best performing agents and agencies across residential and commercial sales, as well as property management.

“The 2022-23 financial year was marked by triumphs and challenges and this event serves as a platform to recognise the unwavering efforts of WA’s most accomplished professionals across the residential sales, property management and commercial sectors,” Ms Hart said.

“On behalf of everyone at REIWA, I would like to congratulate the winners and finalists of the 2023 Awards and thank them for their commitment to our industry.”
